Scottish Diving Magazine- On the Web |
'Scottish Diving Magazine' is the magazine of SCOTFED - The Scottish Federation of the British Sub Aqua Club and not to be confused with 'Scottish Diver' magazine, which is the magazine of the Scottish Sub Aqua Club. As Editor, I have felt for some time that, although the Scotfed Committee have recently been unable to generate or obtain sponsorship to finance the printing of the magazine, nevertheless, it should still be seen. These pages on the World Wide Web are to assess whether if it is possible to keep the magazine alive - on the Internet.
Some of the articles from past Scottish Diving Magazines have been converted for display on the World Wide Web in the hope that they will be seen and read by many more divers and other interested people than before. There is a whole new generation of divers who have never had the opportunity to see the magazine.
Visitors to these pages might also like to view the covers from back issues of the magazine although, eventually, I would hope each image would be clickable and you would be directed to the whole magazine in hypertext form.

Of course you could forget about 'Scottish Diving' completely and visit the 'DIVER' magazine site.
Ok - I know, Scottish Waters are not covered that often - but they do try!
and then BANG - out of the blue comes an email from Bob Baird telling me
that Diver Magazine have just reviewed his new book - Nice one Bob!!
